V-Card is a web3 prepaid card which you can top up with crypto and spend your balance anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

1. Login with your email at card.verse.bitcoin.com

2. Enter your email address. You will receive a one-time verification code in your email. Enter the code to log in.

3. Tap on “Order a Physical Card” to begin the application process.

4. Complete the Know-your Customer (KYC) process by providing the requested identity document and performing a liveness check. Approvals will take 2-5 business days. You are able to check the status of your KYC approval in the user dashboard. If you encounter any issues with completing the KYC process, please contact support@bitcoin.com.

5. Once approved, tap on “Order a Physical Card” to begin the order process.

6. Review the card application details, recipient information, and payment for the card application fee. This card application fee covers opening of your account and production of your web3 debit card. We will ship V-Cards globally for free.

7. Tap on the Pay button. You will be taken to a payment page. Review the payment details. Send the requested amount to the address on the screen using your Bitcoin.com Wallet app.

You may also scan the QR code using the Bitcoin.com Wallet app. Ensure that you are sending the right token eg. VERSE on Polygon.

Once the payment for the application fee has been completed, we will ship your card to your delivery address in 10-14 business days.

The physical card's validity period is 3 years from the date of production, with the specific expiration date shown on the card.

The monthly fee is deducted on the 30th of every month at 22:00 UTC+2. Note that if you do not have a balance on your card at the time the management fee is deducted, the outstanding fee will be deducted at the time of the next recharge.

1. Visit card.verse.bitcoin.com and log in.
2. Select "Report Loss".
3. Select the "Cancel Card" option.
4. Enter your card number.
5. Provide the reason for canceling the card.
6. Upload a photo of yourself holding your ID card or passport as proof of identity.
7. Submit the request to deactivate your card.
