Summary

The new Bitcoin.com Wallet app now supports multisig shared wallets. This means that we will be deprecating the old legacy Cordova app and it will officially no longer be supported. As such, we will begin to shut down some services related to that in order to complete the transition. One of the things getting shut down is the application service. This may effect some users of the app. We will initially provide a temporary workaround as follows.

Step 1: Go to your wallet and tap the "Settings cog in the top right corner:

Step 2: Navigate to "More options":

Step 3: Go to "Wallet service URL":
​

Step 4: Update the wallet service URL to https://bwscash.bitcoin.com/bws/api

(Please note: It is strongly recommended to upgrade to the new version of the app, as depreciated versions will no longer be supported in future).
