If you want to move money between your wallets, select 'My wallets' in the 'Send' section of your app, select "My Wallets, " and then tap the wallet where you want to move the funds from your other wallets.

Note: To swap BCH (Bitcoin Cash) for BTC (Bitcoin) or other cryptocurrencies, use the Swap tool in the Bitcoin.com Wallet app, available on the main homepage.

Common Issues and Troubleshooting

  • If a wallet address is marked as invalid when attempting a transfer, ensure you provide only the text portion of the address (e.g., '1PDgfLSi9ZUeDMDGQviBbt9Z8rhXiCWxi5') without the 'bitcoin:' prefix.

Transaction Limits and Fees

  • You can send any amount of cryptocurrency as long as it meets the minimum requirements, typically around $1.

  • Fees and Charges:

    • Bitcoin.com does not charge additional fees for transactions.

    • Blockchain fees apply and vary depending on the cryptocurrency’s market value and the transaction amount.

Best Practices for Secure Transfers

  • Always double-check wallet addresses and currency types before confirming transactions.

  • Use QR codes to reduce input errors.

  • Be aware of blockchain transaction fees and ensure that the amount you are sending meets the minimum transfer requirements.
