3. Complete the quests shown in the Verse Rewards Center. There are two types of rewards: Instant Rewards and season-based rewards. Next to each quest, you will see the amount of VERSE rewards that will be unlocked either instantly when you have completed the task, or at the end of the season (in the case of season-based rewards).

When can rewards be claimed for season-based quests?

Rewards for season-based quests are distributed automatically by the Bitcoin.com system to ensure efficiency and accuracy. However, some rewards may require manual review or additional verification steps, which can introduce delays. Additionally, changes to rewards for seasonal tasks or specific quests, such as 'easy 3-day quests,' may include only experience points and gems rather than VERSE. Delayed rewards from specific seasonal tasks are resolved as promptly as possible.

At the end of each season, you can claim any rewards you have earned during that season. You can also claim for previous seasons, if you have not done so.If your rewards are delayed, it may be due to ongoing manual reviews or seasonal processing adjustments. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria and check your wallet address for correctness to avoid issues.

Conditions for receiving rewards

To qualify for VERSE Rewards, users must complete all necessary steps of a quest. For example, partial completion, such as finishing 8/9 steps of a 9-step quest, does not qualify for rewards. Users should ensure they fully meet the requirements before expecting distribution.

Why are my VERSE rewards higher (or lower) than expected?

Your total rewards can be boosted or reduced based on your activity and commitment in the app. We use a multiplier system to reward consistent engagement and long-term participation. Here’s how it works:

Multipliers That Impact Your Rewards

Your VERSE rewards are influenced by a combination of:

  • Level: The more quests you complete, the higher your level. Higher-level users unlock more rewards.

  • Holding: Users who hold more VERSE for longer get better reward rates.

  • Streaks: Coming back daily matters! Keeping up a 7-day streak gives your rewards a boost.

These multipliers work together to calculate your final payout. Even if you completed the same quest as someone else, your rewards may differ based on your current multiplier.

Tip: To maximize your rewards, try to:

  • Complete quests consistently to increase your level

  • Hold your VERSE for longer periods

  • Maintain a 7-day activity streak in the Rewards Center

How does the VERSE Holder multiplier work?

The more VERSE you hold, and the longer you hold it for, the more VERSE you will earn by completing quests. Here's how it breaks down:

Troubleshooting delayed or missing rewards

  • Confirm that your wallet address is entered correctly.

  • Wait for approval or review updates from the platform.
