Step-by-step instructions for buying Bitcoin (BTC)
If you haven't already, download the Bitcoin.com Wallet app, trusted by millions to securely buy, sell, trade, and manage Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
From the app's home screen, tap the Buy button at the bottom.
Select the asset you want to purchase; in this case Bitcoin (BTC).
Enter the amount to purchase. Minimum amount may vary.
Select the Bitcoin wallet you'd like to receive your purchased Bitcoin in (eg. My BTC wallet).
Tap CONTINUE to review and confirm your purchase.

🕐 After completing your purchase, it may take up to 2 hours for the transaction to be processed and the Bitcoin to be delivered to your wallet. Please check your email because in some cases additional checks may be required on your submitted identification documents or banking institution.

Go to https://buy.bitcoin.com/ and select the asset you want to purchase; in this case Bitcoin (BTC).
Enter the amount you'd like to purchase.

Press the Buy BTC button to confirm the details of your purchase.

How long does it take to receive my bitcoin after buying?
For first time transactions, it can take between a few minutes and a few hours, depending on the additional verifications that may be required.
Most subsequent transactions will be processed within about 20 minutes, but occasionally, during periods of congestion, it may take longer.

Visa/Mastercard credit/debit cards and Apple Pay / Google Pay are supported for all regions. Residents of the UK and EU can also pay by bank transfer.
