Multisig wallets, also known as shared wallets, increases your security. The Bitcoin.com Wallet app provides the easiest shared wallet experience available.
Step-by-step instructions to import multisig wallets to desktop
1. From the home screen, tap +ADD/IMPORT
2. Tap + IMPORT WALLET
3. Choose wallet type (BCH or BTC)
4. Enter your 12-word recovery phrase (or use the File/Text tab if you have an export file)
5. Tap on ‘Show advanced options’ and scroll down to ‘Wallet Service URL’
6. For BCH multisig wallets, the required URL is https://bwscash.bitcoin.com/bws/api
If it's set to https://bch.api.wallet.bitcoin.com/bws/api or anything else please change it to the above required URL
7. For BTC wallets the required URL is https://bws.bitcoin.com/bws/api
8. Tap Import
Your multisig wallet should import.
