To ensure the highest level of security, we will be phasing out Bitcoin.com Wallet app support for iOS 15 in early 2024. Please kindly ensure your iPhone is upgraded to iOS 16 or greater.

You will continue to have access to the Bitcoin.com Wallet. However, you will no longer be able to receive updates, including security updates, to your Bitcoin.com Wallet. It is therefore highly recommended that you upgrade your iPhone’s iOS to version 16 or greater to ensure your Bitcoin.com Wallet maintains the highest level of security possible.

Some earlier iPhone models are not eligible to upgrade to iOS 16. Please refer to Apple support for further information.

If you are unable to upgrade your iPhone to iOS 16, you will continue to have access to the Bitcoin.com Wallet. However, starting early 2024, you will no longer receive updates, meaning you won’t have the highest level of security possible.

Version 8.18 of the app, which is scheduled to be released starting 20 Feb 2024, will not support iOS 15.
