How to set up recurring buys

  1. Go to buy.bitcoin.com/recurring

  2. Choose the crypto you want to buy and enter how much

  3. Check the "Make this a recurring purchase" box

  4. Complete the purchase

What payment methods can I use?

Recurring buys can only be settled by credit card.

Can I set up recurring buys for any crypto?

You can set up recurring buys for any crypto listed at buy.bitcoin.com/recurring

What regions are recurring buys available for?

Recurring buys are available for all supported regions except the US. Supported regions are:

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

Once set up, will the recurring buy continue forever?

The recurring buy will continue until you cancel it manually or until your credit card is unable to process the buy.

How do I cancel a recurring buy?

In your account, select "Recurring purchases" then hit the trash icon and confirm your cancellation. You can also cancel recurring purchases by selecting the cancel button in the email you receive each time a recurring purchase is completed.

Will I receive a receipt of purchase?

Yes, every time your recurring purchase is successful, you'll receive a receipt by email. If you'd like to cancel the recurring purchase, select the cancel button in the email.

Is monthly the only recurring buy frequency option?

Yes, but we'll be adding daily, weekly, and biweekly options in the near future.

Are recurring buys available in the Bitcoin.com Wallet?

Not yet, but this feature is coming soon!
