Please note that the name on your bank account must match the name on your Bitcoin.com Exchange account, and you must include your Reference Number in the "memo" field when you transfer USD to our bank account. You can find your Reference Number in Settings -> General.

Depending on your account type, please use one of the following banking information forms to initiate a wire transfer from your bank account.

We don't charge any deposit fees, but your bank may charge you a wire transfer fee.

While we are doing our best to process your deposit as soon as it appears in our bank account, the wire transfer itself usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive.

*Please contact support-usexchange@bitcoin.com if you are experiencing any issues with your wire transfer.
