This article might be helpful for you if you have the Bitcoin.com wallet application installed on your Pixel 3 (or Pixel 4) device, but for unknown reasons, the app just crashes all of the time.

The issue is with the Pixel 3’s and Pixel 4’s encryption engine has a bug in it which causes the app crash. Usually, this problem can be resolved by simply restarting your device.

After you restarted your phone, please save backup phrases for your BTC and BCH wallets.

If you want to prevent these kinds of issues in the future, we advise reimporting your wallets. This will encrypt the wallets with a fix our engineers put, which resolves this issue for Pixel 3 and Pixel 4 devices.
