We have different levels of verification depending on the amount of cryptocurrency you want to withdraw. Please note, that the Individual level is without further verification except for confirming your email and 2FA, while Individual pro is the level of verification achieved by submitting further identification documents.
Individual - This is the default after you have confirmed your email and enabled 2FA without further KYC. You can withdraw up to $25,000 equivalent daily and up to $100,000 per month with this level.
Individual Pro - For this level of verification, you will need to go through a verification process that includes submitting a valid photo id as well as a selfie. After confirmation of your new account status, you can withdraw up to 100 BTC equivalent daily without any monthly limits. Please note that the verification process can take up to 24 hours.
Institutional - We offer institutional accounts to our business clients. To register as an institution, we will require full verification of Directors, UBOs, and all corporate documents and forms. The approval process typically takes 2-3 business days. Please go to the institutional verification section in your account and fill in the fields to start your institutional verification process. Individual Pro Verification Process

What documents do I need?
You will need an official ID document that includes a photo of yourself. We accept ID cards, National Passports, driver's licenses, and Travel Passports.
How does the process look like?
You’ll be asked to fill in some basic information, including your full name, your date of birth, and your address.
Fill in your residential address.
Submit an image of your ID. Make sure that everything is readable.
Take a Selfie of yourself holding up your ID and a handwritten note with the current date and your email address. This allows us to match the person to the ID. When taking the selfie, make sure that your face and the ID can be seen well. Avoid dark backgrounds and take the selfie with a steady hand. Make sure it’s not blurry. Add your phone number and verify it via SMS or a call. If you don't receive the SMS, please try calling your number to verify.
All done. Your information is now with us, and we’ll do our best to verify you promptly.
If you ever want to change your information because maybe you moved, you can simply do so in your account settings.
