If you have access to the device with your authenticator app but the 2FA codes are not working, please follow the instructions below.

What can I do if 2FA codes are not working?

  1. Please make sure that the Date&Time settings both on your phone and your computer are the same. Not only the time but also the time zone should be properly set up and matching.

2. You can check the time zone settings on your account in the Settings page.

3. Pay attention to which authentication app you are using to generate the code: it should be the app that you used to set up 2FA on the Bitcoin.com exchange.

If the problem persists, please log in with your backup code which should have been saved or written down during 2FA set up, then disable 2FA on the Settings page and enable it with another app.
