What to do if someone has created an account using your email address
If you receive a welcome email that you have not requested, no worries. Somebody has typed your email into the sign-up form, probably by mistake. None of your personal data has been used to create this account.
We can deactivate the account if you wish. Please follow the steps below:
Contact us by starting a conversation using the chatbox on the bottom right of the screen.
Let us know that, "Someone created an account with my email".
Please provide us with the email address for your account.
