How to Create a CCD Wallet
Follow these steps to create a CCD wallet in the Bitcoin.com Wallet app:
Open the Bitcoin.com Wallet app.
Tap the Wallets tab (middle of the bottom menu).
Scroll down and tap ADD / IMPORT.
Select Add new personal wallet.
From the list of assets, choose CCD (Concordium).
Enter a name for your wallet (for example, My CCD Wallet).
Once a name is entered, tap CREATE CCD WALLET.
Your CCD wallet will be created and ready to use.
How to Receive CCD
Unlike some other blockchains, Concordium does not require a minimum balance to activate a wallet.
To receive CCD:
Open your CCD wallet in the Bitcoin.com Wallet app.
Tap Receive.
Copy your CCD address or share it with the sender.
Once the transaction is confirmed on the Concordium network, the CCD will appear in your wallet.

Another wallet
An exchange
An in-app purchase
⚠️ Important:
CCD can only be received on the Concordium network. Sending CCD to a wallet or network that does not support Concordium may result in permanent loss of funds.
How to Buy CCD
After creating your CCD wallet, you can purchase CCD directly in the app:
Open the Bitcoin.com Wallet app.
From the home screen, tap Buy.
Select CCD (Concordium) from the list of assets.
Enter the amount you want to purchase (minimum amounts may vary).
Choose the CCD wallet where you want to receive the funds.
Review the details and tap Continue to confirm.
🔎 Note:
If this is your first crypto purchase, you may be asked to:
Add a payment method (such as a debit or credit card)
Complete an identity verification (KYC) process using personal information and a valid ID
Once the purchase is completed, your CCD will be credited to your wallet.
Important Notes
CCD transactions require a small network fee, paid in CCD.
There is no minimum balance requirement for CCD wallets.
CCD must be sent and received only on the Concordium network.
Always double-check the recipient address and network before sending CCD.
Cryptocurrency transactions are non-refundable once confirmed.
