Unfortunately, we are not able to retrieve and refund coins which are not integrated into the exchange.

Since we don't have any wallets nor software for those currencies it is impossible to operate these coins.

However, once the coin is integrated, we will be able to recover your funds. So stay tuned on new integrations.

How to make sure if a currency is integrated ?

You can verify if a currency is integrated by looking up the currency's ticker on the System Health page or the currency's full name on your account page.
