"Currency operations not available" error
There are two common reasons for that.
1. Password on your account has been reset.
In case someone gains access to your email account, they will be able to reset your account password and get access to it also. To maintain a high level of security on the platform, withdrawals on your account will be kept on hold for 72 hours after every password recovery. You will see the proper notification in your Account section.
If you haven't asked for password recovery, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
2. Check the status of the currency.
You may encounter this problem when a currency is under maintenance. Please check the System Health page for more information.
If you can't withdraw despite the status of the currency withdrawals being "green", contact us via the chat function.
"An error occurred"
This error messages is sent when withdrawals are suspended due to a wallet maintenance or upgrade.
Please check the status of the currency.
Proceed to the System Health page, find the currency you are trying to withdraw. If the withdrawals field is red, this currency's withdrawals are temporarily unavailable for all users due to technical maintenance. Once the maintenance is completed this field will turn green and you will be able to withdraw your funds.
If you have checked the status on the System Health page and it says withdrawals of this currency are available, but you still can't withdraw, contact us by tapping the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen.
