How do I switch between BTC (Bitcoin) and BCH (Bitcoin Cash)?

Log in to the pool and go to your Purchased Contracts page: http://console.pool.bitcoin.com/purchasedcontracts
Click your contract
Click "Switch to BCH" or "Switch to BTC".
